Our caregivers can prepare for you a nutritional hot or cold meal anytime of the day. We also provide advanced meal preparation, which is to prepare several meals at a time. Allowing the meals to last a few days. If you have a sweet tooth baking can be done as well.
Housekeeping
Our caregivers can provide cleaning such as sweep/mop floors, vacuum, clean bathroom, wash/dry laundry, change bedding, and dusting.
Respite
Is to give the family or caregiver extra time on their hands to themselves. Our caregivers will provide comfort care to your loved ones while the family/caregiver goes out shopping or even just staying at home and resting.

Range of Motion
Our caregivers can assist clients with exercises that are provided from their physiotherapist. Making sure the exercises are done safely and correctly. Our caregivers can also take clients out for a walk in the neighborhood. Getting clients motivated.
